Two services.
One seamless design
Better together

When you're extending your home, you're almost always also thinking about a new kitchen, laundry, or built-in storage. Most people end up managing a building designer and a separate cabinetmaker — two different people, two different timelines, two different visions.

Your project,
step by step
I can design just one or both. That means your joinery is designed within the space it lives in, not retrofitted into it later. Proportions, flow, and light are considered together from day one.

Before I draw anything, I research your block — checking zoning, flood maps, overlays, and council requirements — so we know exactly what's achievable before you spend a dollar.
Visualise your idea
Rough idea or clear brief — either is fine. I translate your thinking into simple concept floor plans and 3D visuals so you can see what's possible before committing to far to anything.

Refine the design
Once the concept feels right, I develop the full design as Final Concept Plans — coordinating your extension layout and joinery as one complete picture.
This is the version your builder quotes from.

Council-ready documents
Everything your certifier, engineer, and builder need to proceed.
Clear, accurate, and ready for lodgement — with no surprises, because I've researched your site from the start.
